NewNomadPoint works with Claude. Plan a trip from Claude Code.

Every trip.
One timeline.

Flights, stays, the days in between and the visa days they cost — on one timeline. For a long weekend or for a life on the road.

>add my Toronto flight on the 20thWorks with Claude Code, the Claude app, any MCP client
Travel status: currently in Thailand, no visa needed, 48 days left on a Spain passport
The Bangkok, Singapore, Bali and Tokyo route drawn across the globe, with the day sheet below it
Two travellers on one day: Sam flying Bangkok to Bali, Alex routing via Singapore

Plan it in a sentence.

NomadPoint speaks MCP, so Claude Code — or the Claude app, or any MCP client — can work on the trip you already have. Add a flight, move a stay, ask what your passport still allows. Thirty-six tools, scoped to your account and nobody else's.

Setup is one paste: open Settings → Claude / MCP in the app, copy the prompt, hand it to Claude. It connects itself.

Listed in the Model Context Protocol registry

Planning lives in six different apps — and none of them talk to each other.

One timeline. Nothing to reassemble.

Every booking finds its place — and the map already knows the way.

Walk the trip before you take it.

Four things a planner has to get right once the dates are booked and the money is spent. The colours below are the app's own: green means you are cleared, amber means something needs doing before it stops being fine.

Know you can go, before you pay to go

Entry rules, day limits and countdowns computed for every passport on the trip — before you book, not at the border. 39,601 rules, every passport against every destination.

  • AustriaSchengen · 90 days
  • Belaruse-Visa required
A searchable list of destinations, each showing the entry rule and the days allowed on the traveller’s passport

Split up. Meet in Bali.

One shared timeline for everyone. When plans diverge the day splits into lanes — Sam flies straight through, Alex routes via Singapore — and the trip rejoins on the other side. No group chat full of screenshots.

  • SamBangkok → Bali · 11:55
  • Alexvia Singapore · 14:10
A shared day splitting into two lanes: Sam on Bangkok to Bali at 11:55, Alex via Singapore at 08:20 and 14:10

Documents on hand

Boarding passes, passports and insurance, each attached to the traveller and the day it belongs to — one glance away, and readable with no signal at all.

It tells you. You never have to check

Delays, gate changes and visa warnings reach your Lock Screen first. Edits you make at 11,000 metres queue themselves and sync the moment you land.

  • Visa expiresin 5 days
  • TS 481Departs tomorrow
Lock Screen notifications: a visa-free stay expiring in five days, a flight reminder and a boarding alert

Fair questions.

Anything else, a person answers. support@nomadpoint.app

Is NomadPoint free?

Yes. It is free on the App Store and you can plan a whole trip without paying — routes, flights, stays, activities and documents. Pro is optional and adds the extras on top.

Does it work without a signal?

Yes. Everything you add offline is written straight to the timeline and queued; it syncs by itself the moment you are back on a network — mid-flight edits included.

Where do the visa numbers come from?

From 39,601 entry rules, held for every passport against every destination and counted per traveller as you build the trip — so the answer is about the passport you actually hold and the days you have actually spent, not a general rule of thumb.

Can I plan a trip with someone else?

Yes. A trip can be shared, and everyone sees the same timeline. When plans diverge for a day it splits into lanes and rejoins afterwards, so nobody has to keep a group chat full of screenshots.

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch, with widgets and a Lock Screen Live Activity on travel days. One account, the same trip everywhere.

How does the Claude connection work?

NomadPoint runs a Model Context Protocol server, so Claude Code, the Claude app or any MCP client can read and edit your trips through thirty-six tools. You connect it by copying one prompt out of the app; access is scoped to your own account.
